Hydrolysates
S1, 62:33–65:46. In the exchange after Aleksandra Fuchs’s presentation, Elliot Swartz welcomed the proof-of-concepts and asked whether hydrolysates support high-density suspension growth. Productive capacity
Jordi Morales-Dalmau, S1, 74:36–74:45, responding to cell-density claims:
my follow-up question is, what are your inputs?

Bert Frohlich, S3, 38:26–39:11, asks how much material a process produces with its equipment and what that equipment costs. He explicitly says he has not looked at the project’s model in detail. Product requirements
Matt McNulty, S3, 18:01–18:15, identifies the uncertainty:
the product attributes that we need to have at the end point
The wider passage (16:26–22:19) concerns the food product’s sensory and adoption requirements. Frohlich asks how much animal-cell material a hybrid would need for flavour at 13:16–13:39. Elliot Swartz, S3, 23:04–23:22:
what the industry needs is money that is gonna yield steel in the ground
Swartz describes this as especially difficult capital to obtain and relates the difficulty to the field’s risk profile. Investment discussion entry. Swartz, S3, 53:11–54:14: requests feed-conversion evidence, the inclusion rates that yield tasty products, equipment/facility costs, and scale-up versus scale-out analysis.

These statements support a focused follow-up. The reviewed record contains no group ranking or direct selection of a published-model reproduction exercise. The exercise in the synthesis is an editorial proposal with these stated motivations.
Mind changes
Reinstein, S3, 50:07–50:17: asks whether participants changed their minds. Frohlich, 50:53–51:19, comments on the selected group, including:

Reinstein then says he tried to involve sincere skeptics. Bomkamp, 55:17–55:25: identifies bioprocess evidence as more likely to change her view. These concern group composition and what could change views; they are not reports of an actual before/after change. Recording entry.
The cleared written material checked here contains no explicit self-report of a revised belief, and the public dashboard has no identified paired forecasts. Before/after panel. This does not mean nobody changed their mind.
Attribution corrections
Two attributions in the older workshop summary were corrected in this revision:
- Swartz, rather than Rubio: S1 captions introduce Elliot at 39:11. At 39:49–39:59 he says “production for fat could look different than production for muscle or fibroblasts.” The public video-review note independently identifies Swartz.
- Frohlich, rather than Swartz: S1 75:11–76:50 includes “cell count itself is misleading.” The speaker refers to Elliot as another person, and the public review note identifies Frohlich. The passage discusses cell size, mass, and historical biopharma density improvements. It does not establish a deadline of “not by 2036”; that inference has been removed.
Response counts
Counts use the July 31 public release. Default/empty flags are excluded. CM_01 additionally excludes estimates explicitly marked as using a different output basis. Skipped questions are not counted as agreement.
